PRIME Purpose-Board

The PRIME Purpose-Board is the cornerstone of governance in a PRIME Society, tasked with defining the purpose, goals, and KPIs that guide the society’s actions. It establishes the framework for measurement, including the methodologies and calculations used to assess progress. The PRIME Purpose-Board-Standard also oversees the selection of members, the president, and the procedures for transitions of power, ensuring that its operations align with the principles of transparency, accountability, and efficacy.

While the PRIME framework provides best practices and structural guidelines for the Purpose-Board, it does not dictate the specific purposes or goals for any given society. These are determined by the society itself, often through a combination of citizen engagement and leadership decisions, reflecting the unique priorities, values, and challenges of that community. This approach ensures that each PRIME Society remains true to its context, while adhering to standards that promote effective and ethical governance.
